Do you have Microsoft FrontPage 2002 and 2003 server extensions installed?
We support Microsoft FrontPage 98, 2000, 2002 and 2003. FrontPage 2002 and 2003 server extensions can be installed on every account by logging into the Control Panel and click on the FrontPage Extensions Icon and then on install. The password will be the same as your control panel password initially unless you change it yourself. You will see the username displayed after installation. Please do NOT unistall the extensions and then reinstall unless directed to do so by our support staff. If you have trouble with the FrontPage extensions or with logging in after they are installed, please create a support ticket at support section and include your frontpage username and password and we will then be able to assist you. We do not support Microsoft SharePoint services or the form upload component within FrontPage 2002 and 2003 for security reasons.
