| How do I update the contact information for my account? |
In order to update your account information you will need to login to your Control Panel http://cp.eehosting.com and update your information there.
Due to security and privacy reasons, we cannot accept account information updates via phone, support system or email so the online Customer Account Update Form must be used.
NOTE: It is VERY IMPORTANT (i.e. required) that you as a customer maintain accurate and up to date contact information with our company at all times as stated in the Terms of Service. Email is primarily how you will receive
important information concerning your account, renewal notices, etc. If we cannot reach you due to an invalid email address, then you may miss your account renewal reminder and your site may be suspended if it is not renewed before the
annual renewal date. |
